ADULT COED DROP-IN VOLLEYBALL

  • Mondays, Sept. 11, 2023 - April 24, 2024

ADULT COED FITNESS-Fall Sessions I & II

  • Tuesdays, September 12 through December 26
  • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
  • 6 Classes per session
  • $30.00 per session (Payable in advance at the BAC or at first class)
  • Or $5.00 drop-in fee per visit
  • All Skill Levels Welcome
  • Multi-Purpose Room (Entrance from Tonkin Street parking lot)

  • Instructor teaches at needed fitness levels. Class consists of warm-up, using own body weight and occasional hand held weights to increase strength and flexibility, combining interval aerobics and toning/sculpting moves, all modifiable to each individual’s level of ability and desired workout level.

YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL

  • REGISTRATION CLOSED  (The following information is for participants, parents and spectators)
  • Aug 21 through Sept 27
  • Field next to Calhoun Campgrounds, 3908 Roehrs Rd, Beaverton
  • Team practice on Mondays, (times to be determined by coach and no practice on Labor Day, Sept. 4)
  • Games on Wednesdays, beginning on August 30, at 5:30 - 7:00
