BAC Room Usage
The Beaverton Activity Center and Gladwin County District Library have meeting and conference rooms available for use on the upper floor of the Center. Three of the classrooms are reserved through the Library and there is no charge for them if available. Other rooms are more formal conference rooms and are available for a rental fee as is the Gymnasium and Stage.
There are a number of ways to reserve or rent a room:
1. If you want to reserve one of the Library’s three rooms for no charge, go directly to the Library Circulation desk and see a staff member.
2. If interested in renting a formal conference room with added services such as overhead projector and lectern,complete and return the reservation request form, available at the BAC Reception desk(Or mail to Beaverton Activity Center, 106 Tonkin St., Beaverton, MI 48612).You will be contacted by the BAC staff to complete the reservation process.
3. Fill out the form below or download, print and deliver or mail the application for room use. After your submission is received, a member of the BAC Administration Staff will be in contact to assist.
4. Fill out the form below and hit the “Reserve Room” button at the bottom. Again, after your submission is received, a member of the BAC or Library Staff will be in contact with you to assist.
